******! Cheats the poor!

DSTV decided to activate a package which I had canceled year's ago because of affordability without my consent. As a result my existing packages were suspended as my account was then it arrears with this activation of a third decoder. This meant I had to pay an activation fee and pay R839.00 for canceled package. They investigated and found their error, apoloabut still haven't paid me my money back and want me liable for the R50 reconnection fee when my account was up-to-date prior to their unauthorized reconnection of a third decoder. I'm a struggling single mom in very dire economic times. What they're doing should be ********ized!
