Cheated out by DSTV Box Office

I have on different occasions tried to hire a movie on DSTV Box Office after prpcessing payment, the movie never shows as rented. The last 3 instances haplened on the 11th of September (1 instance) and on 2 October (2 instances) When calling the box office call centre I was made to hold for over 20minutes on 2 October and even after the Call Centre agent tried to rent the movie for me, she was unsuccesful. I was asked to hold for her to talk to a manager and gave up after the 20minute mark Today, i tried again to talk to the Box office call centre and had another unsuccesful attempt at reasoning with a Valm Centre agent who made me feel like I would have been better of talking to a robot. I am still waiting for one of the managers at box office to call me to resolve my problem, after i was promised that one would call me. So much for a DSTV service I pay so dearly for
