On the 31/12/2021 i payed for my subscription on the 4th jan 2022 i was suprised when my channels were blocked and instructed to pay for my dish i did as instructed on the same day i called to multichoice regarding why they double charged me i spoke to a guy who promised to reserve one payment in to my bank account within 5 days after 5 days of not getting my call i called again on the 10 January 2022 spoke to a lady who told me the guy i spoke to did nothing meaning i have been waiting fora ghost payment (nothing) she told i have to sart from scratch for me to get my payment back i did as asked am so disappointed at how the fill is time for them to get their money they block our tv's n when is our time to get our own money back they still make us fill abused by deciding when to pay us back am here thinking the delaying tactics is to wait until next payment date n i need the money they should be fixing their incompetence as fast as they charge us
