Cheap Talk_Poor Service_Rude Installers

Their Installers are sooo rude and don't treat us like customers. I bought a dish and decoders from one of their accredited suppliers (Munaka Trading). The installer was so rude and treated me so badly. I called the Dstv call center to complain and I was told that there is nothing they can do. Even now, my Dstv is not connected. Multichoice is so quick to advertise their product but they don't mean the part of doggy and rude installers.
