Cheap service at a high cost. DSTV should be cancelled

I just signed up for a dstv price lock and the explora decoder was courier to me. I got a accredited DSTV installer but I keep on getting the E-16 error massage. I have tried using the self service, the DSTV app, the whatsapp and have called a million times but no one seems to care enough to help. Mind you I am an Existing DSTV customer so now I cannot use the services from both my old and my new decoder. I want to cancell the service because I have used more that R200 in airtime trying to get help. DSTV is too expensive but the service we get is very cheap. If you were thinking about opting for a pricelock, thats the worst thing you can ever do, infact DSTV as a whole is not a service provider I would recommend to anyone.
