Charging us but no service

Around end July my DStv was cut coz I did not pay. When I reconnected I paid prorata for DStv Compaq. Told consultant that I want the recording function till end of the month. I paid prorata on that as well. She connected me but did not activate record functions. When I called this month to activate it and ask for my credit they saying no credit. Nonsense
