Charging ridiculous
DSTV is a ****, they Rob me of my hard earned cash. They said I owe them June payment and decided to cut of my viewing for the whole of August. Tried contacting them no solution was made. So I have been with no TV for the whole of August. My cut off date is the 3rd of every month. Now when I check my online app it shows that I owe dstv +R800 yet I haven't been having the subscription for the whole of August. Since my cut of date is the 3rd, why can't it show me what I owe up to the 3rd of September. Their online app is ripping people with the amounts shown. How can I owe this much for a compact subscription and yet no viewing on August.
