Charging me for dstv which I ever app**** for

My phn got misplaced at one of my friends houses I was looking it for a few days but eventually I got it that's y I paid my DStv account late which I never do and I have downgraded my package to the 285one besides the insurance however I saw on my phn that's someone have used the DStv app on my phn and I asked that person where my phn was and they said it could only be there child for pressing all of this numbers on my phn and now I see that I must pay an 611rand because I have upgraded my DStv which is in possible I phoned is several times to the call centre and they are unable to assist me then I phoned for the 3rd time and by this time I have used almost 60rands worth of airtime and still no luck but then this operator said that c is going to forward my complain to the accounts department to asked them to cancelled that coz I have not app**** for that upgrade coz I can't afford my compact one that's y have have downgraded it to the 285 and I will not pay that money coz I don't or did not apply for that 611coz my Chanel at home is for the 285im so frustrated Charnay matthys ***
