Charging for insurance long ago cancelled

DSTV you have been overcharging me for over a year now. I requested via e-mail on 21/5/2015 that you cancel my decoder insurance. When I replaced my SD decoder with a Explora, I again told your call centre person to cancel it as I am no longer using the old device. I have even tried logging a request to do this via your web support portal, but got no response. So now I have to resort to social media.

Please CANCEL my insurance with the effective date of 21/5/2015 and REFUND me the amount that you *******LY deducted from my account since then, PLUS INTEREST. This is not a huge amount of money but more of a principal issue.

So DSTV said they would deal with my complaint but they have basically ignored EVERYTHING I have said to them. I even provided proof that I originally cancelled my insurance MORE THAN ONE YEAR AGO, on 21 MAY 2015. I have tried using every available channel - e-mail, DTSV website and telephone, yet they ignored my instructions to cancel the insurance. Now more than a year later the act as if this is the first time I requested the cancellation. I will not be satisfied with anything less than a FULL REFUND of the premiums that were *******ly deducted
