Charging 14 insurances for the same decoder

This's as been going on since September. They are charging me for 14 DCC's for the same decoder. Same serial no and smart card no. Thus far they have taken Time to manually fix the problem however every other month I have to remind them and this month again they debited my account with R1304. I am fed up.
