Charges never mentioned

So we went with pricelock for my granny as she is 84 and my grandfather passed away. So we took the option of R899 (Premium), debit order deduction is R1094.00 per month. Called Dstv in the morning to ask them why is there an extra amount being deducted, consultant advises it is R89 for payment plan and another R105 for payment plan. I asked her what payment plan as we had signed up for the pricelock of R899. She can't answer me and refers me to the pricelock department, tried calling that number twice today (holding for more than 10min).

So basic calculation - Pricelock R899 + R194 (never mentioned by DSTV, of additional charges) Normal price: R809 SO BASICALLY IT IS CHEAPER TO HAVE NORMAL PACKAGE THAN PRICELOCK.
