Charged three times the normal rate suddenly

<p>My dad got a shocking debit order notification for R2800 this month and my dad has premium package. We contacted dstv and they don't have an answer for my dad as to why that occurred. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now my dad has to sit without that money while they investigate</p> <p> </p> <p>Highly discussed with the service. </p>
