Charged for winning the Reward of an upgrade
I won the upgrade rewards and the next thing I was charged for an upgrade that I won. I called the in to request a proof of my upgrade that they say I did on self service and still waiting. May I please get a refund R829 since I won an upgrade and did not upgrade myself
