I link my DSTV account with Showmax with the purpose to subscripe to Showmax on the 15 March 2018 my account was link but later I find out in addition for paying a monthly premium of R49 to access the services for showmax you must have unlimited internet access due to that I didn't utilised Showmax services but to my surprise my account was billed through DSTV for services I didn't even used it.

my account has an amount of R150 for showmax and I didn't even know what is the amount is for as I explained above I have used there services. account to consumer protection act in order to be charged for something you need first to be in position to use the service or pay for something and you get something back.

can DSTV reversed above amount from my account please.
