Charged for Showmax on DSTV premium

I am overcharged again as my balance is R928 instead of the usual R829. I suppose I was charged for Showmax yet again which I wasn't supposed to as I am a premium customer. Please check my account and provide me with the correct balance! I don't know why this keeps happening! You guys should really sort out your billing issues!
