Charged for service you do have.

I have cancelled my Xtraview. It’s been second month now and I am still being charged. Every time I call the contact Centre they promise that it has been escalated and my account will be credited. Nothing materialises.

This is ridiculous and I want my money to be paid back and this resolved.

Someone Help !
