Charged for no service

I was with the dstv easy view package for R29 .My payment date i think the 2nd of the month.I forgot to make payment in time and immediately after the due date my service was disconnected.I try to reconnect online for a higher package but no success.I call the centre and am told by a guy Mhlengi that the reason is an outstanding balance of R39.66 .I argue my services were disconnected immediately after due date and so i didnt enjoy any service .Why the oustanding balance? I trust like all accounts mines was also pay upfront and enjoy the months entertainment.Sadly this is not the first dishonest experience with dstv.So simple, i forget to pay in time,dstv successfully disconnects me immediately and yet i get charged for that !!!! I had an exact experience few months ago but a repeat makes for a terrible experience yet again
