Charged for HD & Explorer

Received shock on my bank statement that DSTV went and deducted for 2 decoders, my original HD decoder that I had and for the new Explorar that I ordered ( and not yet received) and then on top of that they billed me pro-rata from the day we placed the order. My bank account got debited with R2079.46 and due to this my other debt orders defaulted meaning I have added bank charges on my acc. What kind of service is this if we have to pay for something we have not received and charged pro-rata fees for no benefit. Can someone please respond and refund me my R1300, + and fix this and then get my decoder delivered. Quick to take money, not so quick if they need to solve problems they caused. Is this what you do to clients loyal for 12 years, to M net and DSTV.<br> I've lodged a query: no ***3 with DSTV. still awaiting their response.
