Charged for an explore that I cancelled on the 9th of Feb

So I am being charged for somethi g that doesnt reflect on my name anymore. Call so many timein Feb and every consultant tells me ****** same thing but doesn't seem to recitify my account. Today is thelast time I will be callinggor my account to be fixed or legal action will take place.
