Charged 11% Reconnection Fee and Disconnected for Making Payment a Day Later

This company ripped me off. Why do you make customers pay more than 10% of their premium for reconnection after disconnecting them for making a payment a day later? You used to have 1 week grace period to allow customers more time to make decisions payment. I’m gonna let go of your services and find another platform I can use to watch soccer because your services, content and charges 🚮
