Channels blocking all the while payment is ****.

I made a payment of R409 for my decoder. My channels are always getting blocked. It's the 6th time I called mutlichoce to assist. they unblock the channels then block them again. They say that they can see the amount payed and they say they cannot do anything.

They keep on saying that they are going to escalate it to finance or technical. It seems like they are all ***********. I spoke to the team leader(Maria clotter) a few minutes ago she said she unblocked the channel and a few minutes later i got an sms that states "my subscription has been disconnected and I have to pay again". I am so frustrated as I cannot escalate to anyone superior. It seems like I am begging for service while I am paying.
