Channels are buffering while streaming over the Internet

Channels are buffering while streaming over the Internet. I honestly believe this is done on purpose by MultiChoice. They are throttling all streaming users to force them to use their pricy Explorer.

Honestly Im up to a point where I am waiting for other streaming platforms to be available in the country in addition to Netflix and Im leaving DSTV if they dont fix this.

How difficult is it to take advantage of the cloud service providers with footprint in the country and Internet Exchanges like NAP Africa, host content as close as possible to the customer and prioritize real time traffic? DSTV needs to make sure they provide reliable and stable service to their paying customers and build trust...
