Channel Airing
Dstv compact bouquet, which is inclusive of channel 161 Mzansi Magic according to their bouquet rule, now the issue is that the channel only plays sometimes , most days it doesn't play, but it doesn't say that the channel is only gonna play sometimes

We've tried to contact you at 14:36 with no success. Please note that channel 161 is available on DStv Compact, Compact Plus and Premium. If the channel doesn't play, please check the signal strength and quality of that channel which needs to be above 95%, anything less will affect your viewing.
You can also do a hard reboot on your decoder by following these steps:
• Take out the smartcard
• Switch off the decoder from the main plug
• Un***** the LNB Cables
• Wait for few minutes (Approximately 2-3 minutes) then
• ***** back the LNB cables
• Switch decoder on again
• Insert the smartcard into the decoder
If the problem still persist, we recommend that you bring it in for testing at your nearest DStv agency.
