Channel 528
Dear Sir / Madam<br> <br> I trust this email finds you well.<br> <br> I hereby would like to express my disappointment and frustration to learn that channel 528 on the Portuguese bouquet has been terminated. <br> <br> I am Portuguese speaking and the only reason I subscribed to the Portuguese bouquet was due to channel 528 and I dare say my sentiment is shared by many of your clients with the Portuguese bouquet. <br> <br> I would like to urge you to reconsider bringing back the channel.

Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
TV Globo will no longer be available on your DStv Portuguese package as our contract with this channel has come to an end.
We are pleased to inform you that we will be adding the following cannels to DStv Portuguese package,TV Record will be on DStv channel 515,Telemundo will be on DStv channel 507and Eva will be on DStv channel 508.
Once again please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.
Thank you for taking the time to point out our service failings. As we continually strive to improve our service, feedback such as yours is extremely valuable.
