Channel 161 and 194 ongoing issue

Channel 161 and 194 not playing there is an error " due to bad weather or faulty connection" and it's been almost 3 months now. I reported the issue and was told that they are busy with investigations and issue will be resolved within a week. Till then still no improvement. I don't understand why all other channels are playing except these two channels if there's faulty connection. I am so disappointed with their services
