Channel 156 NOT open to DSTV Select customers.
\SABC Encore as a TV channel will be available on all of MultiChoice's differently priced DStv bouquets

We do apologies for the inconvenience you experienced in this regard.
Unfortunately, not all channels can be offered to the all DStv customers. The decisions in selecting which channels are made available to which packages are often based on content rights stipulated by the channel supplier.
Each channel scheduled new and recurring programming around the rights they have to broadcast these shows. MultiChoice does not schedule programming but buys ready-made channels from our channel suppliers.
We confirm that the SABC Encore will only be launch to DStv Premium, Extra, Compact and Family subscribers.
Once again please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.
