Channel 132 unwatchable for days

Channel 132 has been distorted and pixeletated - one cannot watch - I reported the problem yesterday and was told .. of course .. it was on my side, but the strangest thing is that I live in Durban and family in Johannesburg have the same problem - so not sure how your bright call centre assistant worked that one out. I pay a premium for your services every month - you are already cancelling channels and now I am unable to watch another channel - what a sham and waste of money.
