Channel 119
We have been DSTV Extra subscribers for 12 years, watching EastEnders for all that time. Now all of a sudden, DSTV moves EastEnders from Channel 120 to Channel 119 which is not available on the Extra Subscription. Multichoice should change its name from Multichoice to \NoChoice"! Really sucks!"""

05 Nov 2015, 12:42Hello Louise (Capri),
Thank you for taking the time to point out our service failings and suggestions, as we continually strive to improve our service, feedback such as yours is extremely valuable.
MultiChoice do not schedule channel programmes but buys ready-made local and international channels. Each channel schedules new and recurring programmes according to a programme or movie's license specification.
The content suppliers decide on the package they would like there programme to be broadcast on.
MultiChoice mission is to always strive towards providing a service of world class standards, and thus your recent unsatisfactory experience is regarded with all seriousness.
We have escalated your concerns and suggestions to the relevant department for consideration.
Once again please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced in this regard.
Your support, and that of all our customers, is important to us.
Regards
Rupert
