changr of ownership and extraview

27 July 2015 at did change of ownership and extraview paid R1250 for all of that they said it will be activated on the 1st Aug but nothing happend on 13 Aug i phoned multichoice and was assisted by boniswa sanqela who gave me case no*** i emailed her all the change of ownership documents and said all will be activated on the 1st Sep i phoned they said all will b activated at 6pm but nothing happend so i phoned at on 2 Sep 1pm asked for the manager then was transfered to masilo mametja who said he will call back in an hour he phoned back at 6pm and he requested i email all the documents again i emailed them today around 1pm and he did not reply to the email and dis not call me so i phoned around 6pm they spoke with thabang who said he cannot transfer me to masilo he is on another building i requested the ceo or director or manager he transfered me to moeti who transfered me to prudens and prudens said she cannot transfere me to the masilo or ceo or director or any other manager and ahe took my numbers i requestd a call back by the manager in a minute but 90minutes later still no call back from any one no extraview R1250 and all my airtime energy and time gone for nothing
