Changes without authorization

My package has been changed by unknown persons debit order date and extra channel added on my account and now the account is blocked. Spoketo call centre agent explained and got promise that ever thing is fine now and will be able to view. Been waiting since 09:00 and still nothing. No call to find out if everthing is srted tried calling Back tried emthe selfhelp no help still the same. Been a subscriber for years thinking of cancelling and moving on…

Hi Alvin, hope you're well. We tried contacting you this morning on *** to no avail. This email serves as confirmation that your services have been reconnected back on Compact Plus and the incorrect charges billed for DStv Premium have been reversed.
