Changes with no notification

Flipping through my channels only to see that channel 173 style network is no longer available to compact subscribers. I've read one of your responses where universal apparently has taken the channel off. May I ask, does this also apply to premium subscribers? Been a customer for more than 20 years. This is unacceptable, when your packages came about one of the main attractions was the style network, what happens in a few months or years, more channels will be gone? It is a rather flimsy excuse for dstv as all they want is more people switching to the ******* package of premium. It's not affordable. Been a customer of so many years, I think it is only fair to tell your customers the reason behind taking a channel off, that is not customer service or good faith. It is appalling to treat your customers who are not premium subscribers like this, especially when you are a company who depends on customers to survive. It's a total break down in trust and faith from suppliers to customers. I'm so glad there are other entertainment options available because dstv is definitely not doing it anymore.
