Changed package without consent

I have no idea of why my boquet has been changed as I did not authorise it.I would like the recordings played back to me to say that I called and changed this package,first iam informed of payment due being 416rands,i know my subscriptions are normally 752.What uis going on?????I need my service sorted out immediately,this is no fault on my side,i did not pay this due to that.I will not pay this at all...This is their fault so I suggest they sort this **** out
