Change ownership taking forever poor service multichoice

Yhoo guys I'm writing this review so ****ed and frustrated by the service of this company sent an email to change ownership of my late mother decoder since from the 21st of January till this day no progress at all I received no response at all I had to do phone call follow-up and time I'm given a different story they just can't help me what ****es me off today they switched off the decoder whereas it was paid beginning of the month and when I enquire about it they cant give me information since its not on my name now I cant watch and they taking forever with the change of ownership please help me Peter where you can its 3 weeks and days now
