Change old decoder to new HD decoder on extraview

Called in on Saturday night to try and get support from the call centre to change the new HD decoders. I have two decoders and I spoke to Lerato and we went through the whole story of change even the existing primary decoder to the secondary decoder and it got stuck on the setting. We rebooted on numerous occasions, all on my airtime. I spend almost R100 just to deal with this matter, after all the problem was not fix. Can the call was send. Yesterday I spoke to Ayanda also for almost 40 mins and she error on the screen remained as waiting for response from Primary decoder. AS instructed by Ayanda I need to put both inputs into RF IN for the past weekend we could not watch anything on the other TV. Ayanda ask me to leave everything as is, and its still the same, she will call me back. I am still waiting for her call and the error message is still the same. When you call multichoice you must spend more than 10mins, because of the slow speaking IVR and many options, before you can speak to a consultant.
