Change of payment date led to a higher payment without any reason.

I needed a change of payment dates on my subscription. and an online agent by the name of Xolani Moloi changed it. now when I go back back to the payment dashboard on my profile to make a payment I noticed my payment has went up by over R112. I asked why is it so high now as I'm paying for the entire month and its only the beginning of the month..., and he couldn't explain to me what is going on.
