Change of ownership of a Dstv decoder a joke!

This service is a joke. It has been taking 3 days now to just change ownership of a decoder via email. They say it takes max. 8 working hours if you do it via email. I have been waiting 3 days... You cannot even phone them to sort it out, due to this "Department" don't have a phone number you can call. "Dstv Customer Service" can not do anything according to the person I spoke to @ Customer Service. She also said it takes 24 working hours to change it. Why do people still support this company?
