Change of ownership nightmare!
To do a change of ownership on a decoder seems impossible! Have been trying since 14 February 2023! It is almost impossible to speak to someone at the call Centre. Got hold of someone today only to be told that a change of ownership can take up to 14 days! When asked why, I was told that it is their procedure! Rediculous!
