Change of Ownership Negligence

My father borrowed me his "account" in order for me to utelise the new DSTV Explora. DSTV deducted the amount every month from his account and I only paid my father as agreed. When I requested a change of ownership for the second time already, DSTV informed me that MY ACCOUNT is in arrears, and the transfer can not be done. How is it that MY account (which was only created when I send the change of ownership documents) is in arrears, but they debit the amount from my father as well? It means they debit it from his account, AND added it to mine.

When we went to Polokwane two weeks ago to sort the change of ownership out which they "never received", they were closed as they were moving to another shop. They had a handwritten note on the door. I feel that it was very unorganized and unprofessional as we were not the only customers coming from far. They could atleast had a few consultants to work for that period.

I regret that we ordered the Explora as it is a fixed term contract for two years.
