Change of ownership issues

On 4th June send in all relevant paperwork to change ownership to me. Today 11th June still waiting on DSTV after calling the call centre everyday to ask when this will happen. I am so irritated of dstv poor service i am in the process to became a dst subscriber just waiting on ownership change but I'm already fed up
