Change of ownership gone bad...thanks to *********** staff

Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe the bunch of people you employ, from last Wednesday, I have been sent from pillar to post, every time I call in I get different stories and updates.

i have had to email two of your employees with email addresses ********** and ********** to no avail and no response. All I asked for was my account and ownership of the decoders under my name to be moved to my younger sister.

it seems the transfer is rocket science there by Multichoice, I have moved and I plan to buy my own decoder hence I requested the change.
