Change of Ownership - Failure to Action

The Change of Ownership Form, together with all supporting documents was submitted through to Multichoice on 1 June 2015. Subsequently, Multichoice requested a signed contract to be emailed through to them. This was done on 3 June 2015. To date the Change of Ownership has not gone through. Merely all that is required is a change of name.

The service that Multichoice has provided has been appalling. I have followed up numerous times, individuals have promised to follow up and get back to me. Yet, two months later the change has not been made. Everyone I've spoken to say the documents are in order and they don't know why the details haven't been updated. No one has been willing or able to assist. I get transferred, referred to numbers which I'm later told aren't in service, am told that individuals will contact me. Nothing happens. Absolutely shocking Multichoice!
