Change of ownership

I wanted to change ownership of decoder but as you know mighty Multichoice they don't like losing subscriptions therefore they are now claiming i have contract with them and it cannot be cancelled Currently my family they don't have channels because goddes Multichoice its proving the point that no one will touch them. I really need to be resolved
