Change of Ownership a disaster

I can not understand how this company can still be in business. I am trying to do a simple change of ownership after my mother has passed away. I have a Court Order stating I am the Executor on the Estate and I have Power of Attorney for my father. I dealt with someone this morning who kept me on the call for 1hr04mins with no resolution. Then this afternoon I get told even with ALL the documented evidence provided by myself still the agent - Innecentia Masote and her Manager Nomvio Masum (who refused to speak to me), stating they have to speak to my father. But I have Power of Attorney and Court Order writ as Executor. Does DSTV think they are above the law? They can't even understand their own change of ownership form where they allow for a 3rd Party to the Agreement which I duly signed. Absolutely pathetic service.
