change of ownership

I requested DStv cancel the change of ownership because they couldn't change both decoders but tranferred one decoder to the third party. That was not my agreement with the third party and on the change of ownership form I requested to change ownership two decoders but they changed one. I therefore request that you return the ownership back to me because you failed to assist me and did as you please.
