I reguested to change my brothers decoder into my name since he's unemployed, i called the customer servive i was advised of the process i had to follow and given an alternative option to visit my closest outlet.

it was the 25th of July i went to Jabulani mall outlet i was told to go to the police station for an affidavit with my brother, i did that drove there had lekker camp @ SAPS (not related to this anyway).

I then went back to the outlet and i was told that they offline after all my efforts.

Drove to Protea Garderns outlet wher i was told to bring the actual decoder and theres nothing they can help me with :-(

Decided to call in and confirm this i was then advised to email them myself( which i gladly acceepted) went to and internet cafe paid to have document scanned and emailed. Forwarded the documents the 1st time around got a Ref ********** NO HELP GIVEN ON THIS REF.

Emailed the docs again got REF ********** , after days i emailed back to be advised that i had to settle his account.

i did that the same day i was the rep**** the next day to forward proof of payment, i did that the same day.

The next day (01/08/2016) my mom called me and told me the servive is terminated without my knowledge, even though i have a credit balance of almost R400.00

I got an email saying the experiancing technical problems the same day. I called to reactivate my account with my airtime, until today they haven't linked the 2nd decoder for xtra view purposes.

Is this the kinda service given to customers who dont have Premium package????

ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!!
