Change of ownership
I keep sending emails to Ntombenhle Nsele about the change of ownership, she keeps asking me for ID documents which I sent to her a million times and the she ask for a front of my ID book, and I use the green ID book I'm not sure which front is she asking for. Dstv is just *** I'm even thinking of cancelling all my accounts there mxm I'm so ****ed off. Doing one thing all today and not getting the simple help you need

21 Jan 2021, 12:08Jabulani mall branch is completely useless, they keep chasing clients out because they don't wanna do their job. They have chased me out couple of times and sent me to maponya mall just because of change of ownership. Its so frustrating going up and down and not getting help and when you try online services even there you get people like Ntombenhle Nsele who also don't wanna do their job mxmx
