Change of ownership

i phoned multichoice on 16/10/2015 i spoke to mpolai jeminah i informed her that my mom has deceased and i <br> would like them to debit my account moving forward she then informed that she will send me forms for change of ownership i have to fill them in and attached copy of my id , my mom's death certificate and her id, as per her request i sent through the documents , on the 21/10 with no response from multichoice i phoned them to follow up on the querie i spoke to matsileng she told me she is not sure why the querie is not solved as yet to send<br> documents again they will respond after 48working hours i sent through the domcuments still no response from multichoice on the 25th i phoned again they asked for case number i gave them ***, *** thety kept me on hold for 20mins and i was told they havent attended to my query as yet but they will get back to me after 48working hours again. on the 01/11 multichoice deactivated the services i phoned them about my previous querie spoke to deborah reference number ***/i8 was unable to assist to activate i was told to pay 401.01 imagine who can help me to solve this querie and why is multichoice not taking my querie as important?
