change of ownership

this is ridiculous i cannot believe that it takes so long to do a change of ownership when all the relevant documents have been sent through after 1 week of waiting i now have to send through the documents again for they say they did not receive them yet when it was sent last week they said that everything has been received i would like this matter to be resolved within the next 24 hours.
