Change of dstv package
I did a payment on my pay date ( 03 September 2024) for the family package and then requested a downgrade from compact package to the family package yesterday aswel. Now multichioce tell me that i cannot downgrade as i first need to downgrade then make the payment. Multichioce always told me downgrades can only be done on pay date, which i did. Now according to multichioce they cannot change it
