Change of address

I phoned Dstv 3 times in order to change the adress on my statement and Jessica advised it has been amended but on receipt of the updated statement it was not updated. 11min: 33 sec

2nd call I spoke to Amanda for about 45 seconds in total and she placed the call onhold for 17min and she dropped the call.

3rd person Mhlengi tried to assist but still with no success on the call for 39min:26sec.

All I need is for Dstv to amend my adress on my resent statment to the format of the September adress alternatively a letter confirming my adress as oer Sept format.
